Who We Are
Jon McDonald, Founder
Jon is dedicated to bringing professionalism to the construction industry. His leadership and guidance encourages our team to put our clients’ needs first. Jon has held many positions in commercial construction since starting his career as a carpenter, and his experience working on projects from several different perspectives helps him understand the needs of our clients.
In his free time, Jon splits his time between his off-the-grid cabin in the Arrowhead region and spending time with grandchildren.
Jesse McDonald, President
Jesse started his career nearly twenty years ago as a commercial carpenter, and has held several positions in the construction industry—from hands-on to site work to working with clients to help them define their needs. His field experience allows our team to anticipate the needs of our clients and deliver seamless solutions.
In his free time Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Rob Louzon, CFO
Rob oversees all aspects of our accounting. His experience brings organization and stability to our company on every level allowing every member of our staff to keep the focus where it belongs, on the needs of our clients.
