About this Project
Lakes Gas, a propane service company serving the Upper Midwest, had outgrown their space and needed a larger workspace in a more comfortable environment for their growing team. When they purchased a vacant bank building in Wyoming, Minnesota, they reached out to our team to facilitate a commercial remodel. Through the planning, permitting, and construction process, we kept everyone on the same page, resulting in a seamless turnover. Their new space gives them the functionality they need as well as space to grow.
Our design consultant was very complimentary of the construction team, and Jesse offered some valuable design ideas of his own. Jesse kept us informed and received our approval on any cost changes or supply delays. We always knew where the project stood from a budget and timing standpoint. He steered us to creative ways to keep within our budget and find ways to save money. His team was on site and working hard every time they said they would be.
